We produce the ZN series of insert concrete vibrators, also known as Anyang vibrators or insert vibrators. The vibrators manufactured by our factory feature double oil seal sealing to prevent oil leakage, with a long service life being a crucial characteristic. Additionally, due to their compact size and lightweight design, they are highly portable. Moreover, they do not require a power source, further ensuring safety and broadening their application range.

Features and distinctions:

1. The tip undergoes a high-power salt bath quenching process to ensure uniform internal and external hardness (quenching depth is over 7 times that of high-frequency quenching), providing excellent performance. In contrast, general vibrators have a quenching depth of only 1.5-2mm, which is surface-level quenching. The rolling cone is made of high-quality 40Cr steel, subjected to deep quenching and precision grinding, resulting in an exceptionally long service life.

2. A complex and costly box-type tempering process is used to eliminate internal stress in the flexible shaft, significantly improving its bending stiffness and torsional flexibility compared to other similar products, ensuring that the hose does not loosen when cut short.
